No way to take a bath nothing to plug it with thinking the things was broke or something

front desk personel complained about not having reliable backup...had to work past their shift because relief was often late by hours...
very little air conditioning in lobby; Unpatched holes in walls; cut out patch in bedspread; sheets worn through; only 3 standard pillows for king bed; only one towel set per person (women like a towel for wet hair); room arranged so air conditioning blows directly on bed; alarm clock not turned off, went off at 4:25 am; no lights for entry; light switches for nothing; only shampoo, no conditioner; no elevator
The staff on duty when we checked in were very helpful but on the second day, that was not the case. We came back late to the hotel to find out that there was no available parking space for us except one tiny slot, which was partly taken by the next parked vehicle. We asked the staff on duty at the front desk to assist us with the issue and his best suggestion was to park at the parking lot owned by another business across or by the side road which was not lit. Though, he finally gave us his parking spot, after he realized that we would not move our vehicle out of the drop off area. How can a hotel management not provide sufficient & safe parking spaces for their customers? Don't they have enough sense to think that their customers would have vehicles to get from places to places? And not train their staff on how to resolve an issue like ours? Having to deal with a difficult staff after traveling over 600 miles is not what anybody wants.
Lack of parking space and some poorly trained staff to address the issue!!!!!
cost and availability
wifi wouldn't work in room nor was I able to access the internet from the computer in lobby. Breakfast was marginal with no fruit available of any kind, only two cereal choices and no wheat or multi-grain bread or juice available. I would recommend them for folks that just need a just a quick place to spend the night
There was black mold on the ceiling in our room. We were told that since we were prepaid we could not get our money back so decided to stay. We decided you get what you pay for and the rate was so low we should have not had higher expectations
